Spreadsheets as PDF

Choose an Excel file (XLSX or XLS) or an OpenDocument spreadsheet and get a PDF with every sheet laid out on pages, using the print settings saved in the file: page orientation, scaling, print areas and repeated header rows. Formulas appear as their calculated values.

Tips for a clean PDF

Wide sheets are split across pages unless the file says otherwise. For a one-page-wide report, set "Fit to page width" and landscape orientation in Excel's page setup before converting; the converter follows those settings.

Your spreadsheet is uploaded to private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), converted by an isolated worker and deleted: the upload when the PDF is ready, the PDF after an hour (24 hours with a free account). Files up to 10 MB need no account.

How this works

LibreOffice Calc opens the workbook, recalculates it, and prints each sheet to PDF with the page setup stored in the file (orientation, scaling, print ranges, titles to repeat). Missing Microsoft fonts are replaced by metric-compatible ones so columns keep their widths.

Do I need an account?

No. Files up to 10 MB convert without one. A free account takes files up to 25 MB and keeps the PDF for 24 hours.

Is my file private?

It goes to private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), is converted by an isolated worker and deleted: the upload as soon as the PDF is ready, the PDF after 1 hour (24 hours with a free account). Nobody looks at it.

Will the PDF look like my spreadsheet?

Pages, tables, images and fonts are kept. If the document uses a font that isn't embedded, a metric-compatible replacement keeps the line breaks; rare fonts may look slightly different.

How long does it take?
