Slides to PDF

Choose a PowerPoint file (PPTX or PPT) or an OpenDocument presentation and get a PDF with one slide per page, keeping images, shapes, charts and text. It's the easiest way to share a deck with someone who doesn't have PowerPoint, or to submit slides to a portal that only takes PDF.

Animations, transitions, video and speaker notes aren't part of the PDF: each slide appears in its final state.

How this works

LibreOffice Impress opens the presentation and exports each slide as a PDF page at the slide's size, keeping vector shapes and text as vectors and images at their original resolution. Fonts that aren't embedded are replaced by metric-compatible ones.

Do I need an account?

No. Files up to 10 MB convert without one. A free account takes files up to 25 MB and keeps the PDF for 24 hours.

Is my file private?

It goes to private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), is converted by an isolated worker and deleted: the upload as soon as the PDF is ready, the PDF after 1 hour (24 hours with a free account). Nobody looks at it.

Will the PDF look like my presentation?

Pages, tables, images and fonts are kept. If the document uses a font that isn't embedded, a metric-compatible replacement keeps the line breaks; rare fonts may look slightly different.

How long does it take?

A few seconds for typical documents, including the upload.
