Lossless images in, lossless PDF out
PNG is the format of screenshots, charts, diagrams and scanned documents saved by many apps: sharp edges and exact colours, stored without loss. This converter keeps it that way. Each PNG is placed in the PDF with its pixels unchanged, so text in a screenshot stays crisp and colours are exact.
Add one or more images, put them in order with the arrows and press Create PDF. Choose:
- A4 or Letter to centre each image on a standard sheet for printing, turned to landscape for wide images when orientation is Auto;
- Fit to image to make each page exactly the size of its image, which suits screenshots and slides.
Transparent areas show as white on the page. JPG, WebP, HEIC and other formats can be mixed in too.
Your files stay with you
Everything happens in your browser. No upload, no account, no watermark, no daily limit.
How this works
In a Web Worker, each PNG is embedded in the PDF as a lossless image with pdf-lib; its alpha channel becomes a soft mask, so transparency is kept. Other formats are decoded by the browser and stored as PNG (or JPEG for HEIC photos). Each image gets a page of its own size, or an A4 or Letter page with the image centred inside the margin and scaled down to fit, never up.
Frequently asked
Does the PNG lose quality in the PDF?
No. PNG pixels are stored losslessly in the PDF, so screenshots and diagrams stay sharp.
What happens to transparency?
It is kept in the PDF; on the page, transparent areas show the white paper behind them.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The PDF is built by your browser on this device.
Can I combine PNG and JPG images?
Yes. Mix any supported images; each becomes a page in the order shown.
